Simple and Quiet Milk Frothing

The Capresso froth PLUS Automatic Milk Frother (Capresso model 204.04) froths and heats milk without any need for steam. It does this with its electric base that has an enclosed 600 Watt heating element. A magnet in the base spins either the heating disk or the frothing disk while the pitcher heats up while it sits on the hot plate. A vortex is created all the way down to the disk, and the frothing disk features special "fingers" to inject air into the milk and create wonderfully textured froth. There are 3 buttons to choose from: cold, hot, and warm. The cold applies no heat and is mostly used for cold chocolate milk, and must be shut off manually. The Warm heats to about 140°F and Hot heats between 155° and 165°F in about 3 minutes.
