The Two-step grind and clean chamber automatically cleans the ground coffee chute after every cycle, and a new oily bean function allows the grinder to run a few moments longer if desired. This helps with darker roasts, which tend to not flow as well through any grinder or can also add an extra boost to the strength of the coffee for any other roast.
