J.L. Hufford not only had the best price but when I purchased the machine, it was shipped right away and showed up 4 days later. The machine is first class and works like a top. I made a mistake and pressed the wrong button and up comes German language instead of English. I e-mailed the company support to help me get the right language and they responded right away and I was able to fix it. Good service.

Overall an exelcent experience. Not my forest ordering a Jura from them. This ome was ordered as a combination birthday, annaversary, housewarming gift for their newly renovated home. Online chat was very helpful for making my purchase decission. It arrived in good order even before I got the email it was shipped. They have it up and running in heir new kitchen and love using it. I would would recommend Jura to anyone and J.L.Hufford as a source for them.
