I really like using the milk cooler, mostly because it holds so much milk and it keeps the milk cold for as long as you have it on. Using just the insulated carafe didn't keep the milk cold for as long as we would have the machine running. It is easier to clean too and nice that the milk holder can be cleaned in the dishwasher!

The item is easy to set up and keeps milk cool next to machine for optimal use. It has a bluetooth capability but I like wont use it since my Jura is already connected and only one machine can be used in that mode.
