Flavor of blend changed
I received a 5 lb bag of super auto matika recently and the flavor is very different than what I’ve been purchasing the last few years. Recent bag is very bitter - prior bags were smooth and nutty. What changed?

When I first started to use my Jura Z9, I was in a frenzy trying to figure out the bean selection. Experimented with many different beans for years. I tried the Super Auto Matika Bean. I found this blend to be the perfect blend for the Jura-Super Automatic. The bean blend is not oily, which is important making it friendly for the Jura and grinder. Super Auto Automatic’s don’t like oily beans. The blend is perfect, and balanced very nicely, for all selections of the Jura. I suggest try a small bag and give it a try. I order the 5 lb bag that last me about a month, storing in an air-tight container. I Have been using this blend over 4 years. I give these bean, 5-Stars-always fresh-and perfect blend, and again not oily-or burnt beans.

Been using this coffee since buying our first Superautomatic machine (a Spider Trevi Digital +) also from Huffed about 15 years ago. The Spider lasted about 10 years and has been replaced with a Phillips Latte-go but the great tasting coffee is still being used.
