The WÜSTHOF Universal Hand-Held Knife Sharpener is easily adjustable and can be used to sharpen BOTH standard or Asian-style knife blades. There are two settings and each one provides two different stages of sharpening. This gives you a total of four knife sharpening stages.

Sharpening Settings & Stages

Each setting contains both a carbide sharpening slot and a ceramic sharpening slot. The carbide sharpening slot smooths irregularities and refines the angle of the blade edge. The ceramic sharpening slot can be used to finish honing the blade to a refined, razor-sharp edge.

This is the only sharpener you will need in your kitchen because of its ability to easily switch between standard and Asian blades. Cutting down on drawer space and extra kitchen tools.
