Use and Care

Cleaning

To clean, remove the stainless steel insert (also known as vessel) once it has cooled down. Use hot, soapy water and a soft sponge to clean the inside and outside of the vessel. The sous vide rack, lid, and vessel are dishwasher safe. The base and temperature probe are not dishwasher safe. Wipe the base and probe clean with a damp cloth; a micro fiber cloth will give the appliance its best finish.

5-Year Limited Warranty

Wolf Gourmet Residential Appliance Warranty covers appliances for a period of 5-years beginning from the date of purchase. Wolf Gourmet warrants the appliance to be free from defects in material and workmanship. The appliance will be repaired or replaced during this time period, at the discretion of Wolf Gourmet. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, commercial use, failure to follow use and care instructions, or damage caused by negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized service repair, or alterations. The warranty is void if the appliance is not used in accordance with the specified voltage stated on the the rating label. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the appliance, or the gift recipient.
