Introducing American craftsmanship from Wolf Gourmet.
Multiple layers of stainless steel and an inner core of aluminum provide not only long-lasting durability, but superior performance too, with even heat distribution, faster heating, and superior heat retention. 7-ply stainless steel extends all the way to the rim of each pot, pan and skillet for the most even cooked sauces, stews and grains.
Beveled walls reduce the risk of burning and sticking, and flared rims make for effortless pouring of sauces, reductions and broths, and reduces the risk of splattering. Cookware is oven-safe to 500°F.
Riveted stainless steel handles fit naturally and comfortably into a variety of hand sizes, and are easy to grip, with or without oven mitts. Helper handles are included on larger vessels for easy carrying.
Crafted in Wisconsin, our cookware is made with great attention to detail and an uncompromised dedication to creating exceptional products. A lifetime limited warranty ensures years of service in the kitchen.

Cleaning
Wait until the pan is cooled completely before washing. Wash the pan with hot, soapy water and a soft sponge, dishcloth, or plastic pad after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaners such as steel wool, scouring pads, or harsh detergents as they can cause harm to the cookware. Wolf Gourmet Cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing for special care. Never use a cleaner that contains chlorine bleach. To polish, create a paste using warm water and baking soda, and rub the paste on with a damp cloth. Finally, wash again, rinse, and dry thoroughly before storing. Never store the pan without it being completely dry.
Cooking Temperatures
Never cook above medium-high temperatures. Overheating may result in a gold-brown or blue tints on the cookware. If your food is burning, the temperature is too high. Always preheat the pan for a minute of two before cooking. Sprinkle a few drops of water to check if your pan is hot enough to cook. If the water sizzles away slowly, the pan is not hot enough.
Wolf Gourmet Residential Cookware Warranty covers the cookware for a lifetime beginning on the date of purchase. Wolf Gourmet warrants their cookware to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the pan. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, commercial use, failure to follow use and care instructions, or damage caused by negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized service repair, or alterations. Minor imperfections and discolorations are normal and are not considered defects. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the appliance, or the gift recipient.
