What is a DEMO Unit?
A DEMO (Demonstration) unit is a product that was used a couple of times to show how the product works and/or sometimes it was returned due to buyer's remorse. Normally, these units may have a slight blemish such as a minor scuff or water stains inside. The original retail box may not be pristine or present but the unit itself is "like new". We cannot sell them as new so we discount them and you get a great deal. The full manufacturer warranty still applies.

Touch Interface
The techie in your house will love the Touchscreen controls, which give the machine a sleek silhouette and are easily wiped clean. The smooth digital dial allows you to quickly dial to the speed you want. The available speeds are 1-10, but each also has a half speed, which effectively means you have 19 speeds from which to choose. Or select one of the 5 pre-programmed buttons and walk away.
5 Program Settings
Five program settings ensure walk-away convenience and consistent results. The included programs are Smoothie, Frozen Dessert, Soup, Dips and Spreads, and New Frozen Cocktail. Each of these programs is optimally set for time and speed. For each of the programs, just add your ingredients, press the program button, and walk away. The Vitamix X4 does the rest!
Built-In Wireless Connectivity
The motor base automatically reads the container size you've placed on it. Using NFC (near-field communication), it senses and adjusts to the container size This is an added safety feature, as well. The motor (and thus, the blades) will not engage unless an appropriate container has been placed on the motor base.
Programmable Timer
You've created an original recipe, and it must be blended exactly 39 seconds - no more, no less. Oh the pressure! Not any more. The digital timer lets you see exactly how long your blend has been running. Pure genius!
Pair with Any Self-Detect Containers
This Vitamix Ascent X4 Blender for sale comes with a low profile 48 oz container with a clear lid, which allows you to see your blend from any angle. You can also use your Ascent 3500 1.0 container with this blender but will not show new recipe programs. Also, the Ascent X4 container will work with the Ascent 1.0 series blenders. Note that the Ascent will not work with any previous containers you may have - the container must include the NFC chip.
