Directions for Use
- Fill the kettle with fresh, filtered water per cup and then heat to a rolling boil.
- Warm the teapot by swirling steamy water in it and then pour out.
- Place one teaspoon of leaves per cup into your pot or infusing basket.
- Pour the water (6 oz) over the tea leaves and infuse for three to five minutes. Experiment to find your favored steeping time.
- Pour the tea. Avoid letting the leaves stew. Remove the infusing basket or pour the remainder of the tea into a thermos to enjoy later. Enjoy Sip by Sip.
