Use and Care

Moccamaster brewers are designed to last a lifetime, so regularly cleaning and descaling keeps your brewer in great shape for many years. Moccamaster recommends the use of Urnex brand cleaners as other brands may harm the copper boiling element and result in a metallic taste in your beverages. They also do not recommend the use of vinegar as it will not sufficiently descale the brewer. Moccamaster recommends you clean your brewers every 100 brew cycles.
