The Technivorm Moccamaster 9--hole spray arm is the part that carries hot water from the boiler to your coffee grounds. After long-term use, this part may wear out or build up residue that cleaning and descaling just can't fix. Compatible with Technivorm products only. Connection points upward and have to remove to drain the arm. If not water stays in the arm forming moisture inside the arm. Another customer below has the same problem. I guess I will have to send my old one somewhere to have tech toned.

Connection good but points upward slightly on the drip end. My Mocca Master is old and performing well but it needed a new drip.

This spray arm has convex holes, unlike the older spray arms, which are flat. This makes for much more even distribution of water while brewing. It is well worth the cost.
