Crafted by 3rd generation knife artisans in the historical cutlery city of Seki, Japan, the Messermeister Kawashima 10” Slicing Knife, has a narrow spear-point, fine-edge blade that is used for medium to large carving chores. It separates meat from the bone and slices it into thin serving portions.

  • Blade with a purpose - This knife has a narrow spear-point, fine-edge blade ideal for medium-to-large carving chores. It separates meat from bone & slices thin serving portions.
  • High Quality - Made from rare SG2 powdered steel with a 65 Rockwell hardness , the blades are characterized by their curved geometry, wide surface area & razor-sharp 15-degree cutting edge. The curved handle ensures comfort by releasing tension & allowing smoother movements.Β
