This special pan from All-Clad features 100% stainless steel construction and features deep sloped sides that increase the surface area for effortless whisking and blending of ingredients. The unique shape of this pan lends to perfectly smooth and velvety sauces that are sure to garner the attention of your guests. This pan is designed to be used with or without a lid to control moisture evaporation how you see fit. The nonreactive 18/10 stainless steel is designed to retain heat and to spread the heat evenly with fewer hot spots and will not discolor or react with food in any way. The stainless steel handle is permanently secured with stainless rivets and is ergonomically designed for safe handling and a confident grip.

  • Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil or butter with these products. Use of aerosol sprays is not recommended.
  • Do not use in broiler or oven above 500 degrees.
  • Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended after each use.
  • Do not use chlorine bleach based cleansers, or any steel based cleansing pads.
