Ingredients:
- 1/2 red onion, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 sweet bell pepper, diced
- 2-3 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon low-fat feta cheese
- 1/3 cup rotini or penne pasta
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons green goddess salad dressing
How to Make This Delicious Mediterranean Salad:
