 - ΒΎ pound pork sausage
 - 3 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce
 - 2 cans (6 oz) tomato paste
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - 2 teaspoons sugar
 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - Β½ teaspoon pepper
 - 3 eggs
 - 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
 - 3 cups small-curd cottage cheese (4%)
 - 8 oz ricotta cheese
 - Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 lb lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
 - 6 slices provolone cheese
 - 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
 
Directions:

- In a Swiss Diamond HD 10" Fry Pan, cook beef and sausage over medium heat until browned; crumble and drain excess fat.
 - Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic, sugar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and parsley. Fold in cottage cheese, ricotta, and Parmesan cheeses.
 - Preheat oven to 375Β°F. Spread 1 cup of meat sauce evenly in a Swiss Diamond HD Roasting Pan (12.5" x 10").
 - Layer with noodles, provolone slices, 2 cups of cheese mixture, 1 cup mozzarella, and repeat stages until all noodles are used (about four layers).
 - Top with remaining meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake for 50 minutes, then uncover and bake for an extra 20 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
