About Chantal
Chantal was founded in 1979 by Heida Thurlow, president of Chantal Cookware Corp., who initially designed Chantal's products. She has received 26 design and utility patents from the US and Germany for teakettle and cookware design and innovation. Trained as an engineer, Thurlow has the distinction of being the first woman in the U.S. to launch and run a cookware company.
Ideal for the modern family, Chantal’s original line of enamel-on-steel cookware provides a chemical free, energy efficient, naturally stick resistant way to cook on any stovetop, including magnetic induction. Its non-porous surface makes it the ideal choice for healthy cooking. All Chantal cookware is specifically designed to go from freezer to stove to table and then directly into the dishwasher. |
