The beautiful Moka espresso grinder from Pasquini is the perfect addition to your Livia or any other espresso machine. At first glance of its polished stainless steel body, you should be able to tell that you are looking at a solid machine. The mechanics inside are what matter most, of course, and the Pasquini Moka does not disappoint. Heavy duty cast steel burrs are driven by a powerful direct drive motor to easily handle any grind setting from french press all the way down to the powder-fine Turkish grind. The Moka is primarily an espresso grinder complete with a dosing container on the front. Dosers evenly and accurately dispense ground espresso directly in to the portafilter. Simply pull the doser lever once for one shot of espresso, twice for two shots, and so on. The lift tamper mounted on the front of the Moka grinder allows you to conveniently press your espresso powder while keeping your portafilter over the catch pad for easy cleanup. Heavy Duty Motor
The powerful motor of the Pasquini Moka Espresso/Coffee Grinder ensures the consistent coffee bean grinding results required for high quality espresso machines. Thanks to the powerful 120 watt direct drive motor, the burr grinding wheels turn slowly and powerfully, so the grinder will not burn the coffee beans nor clog at finer grind settings. The process of espresso grinding is by default very stressful on a grinder, but the Moka is certainly well-equipped to handle your needs for frequent grinding.
Commercial Grinding Burrs
Made of tempered steel, the 55mm wide burr grinding wheels of the Pasquini Moka grinder produce superior uniformity in coffee grounds over any standard blade or low cost burr grinder. The Moka offers the widest burrs in its class, allowing it more beans in the same amount of time compared to other grinders. These coffee grinding wheels out-perform any other coffee grinder in its class due to their superior strength, and they will give you years of excellent performance.
Coffee Dosing System
The Pasquini Moka’s coffee dosing system is perfect for high-use situations like you see in the commercial coffee bars. With a pull of the dosing lever, the correct amount of ground coffee is dispensed directly into the filter, adjustable from 6 to 9 grams of espresso. Each pull on the lever will dispense approximately enough ground espresso for one shot. Excess ground coffee is stored in a dosing unit or catching bin where it is kept fresh and ready to go for the next coffee dosing session.
Many Grind Settings
Although the Pasquini Moka has a dosing mechanism, normally used to dispense espresso grounds, the Pasquini is also a fine all-purpose grinder. Choose the exact grind you want from the 25 numbered selections with "half-steps" between each for a total of 51 settings. Adjust for espresso, drip, french press or Turkish coffee. There is no stopping pin to force you to stay inside of this range, so you truly have every grind setting at your fingertips.
Durable Construction
Not only is the inside of the Pasquini Moka built to last, but the exterior is both tough and beautiful. The body is made from just one piece of heavy cast aluminum that is chrome plated for a perfect shine. This construction not only dampens the amount of sound made from the Moka's powerful motor, but also gives it an easy-to-clean, long-lasting finish.

Made of clear molded plastic with a black lid, the bean hopper keeps up to 10 ounces of coffee beans well sealed so they remain fresh and ready to grind.
