Variable Temperature Control And Digital Display
The Capresso H2O Pro Brushed Stainless Water Kettle features variable with 11 different settings: Boil (212), 200, 190, 180, and so on all the way down to 110 degrees in 10 degree increments. The Capresso H2O Pro employs a powerful 1500 Watt heating element that quickly heats the water. A separate programmable keep warm setting can be used to give you instant hot water (190 degree max) for up to 40 minutes. All of these settings are conveniently programmed from the digital LCD screen on the cool-touch handle.
Cordless Design with Detachable Base
The Capresso H2O Pro Programmable Cordless Water Kettle rest on a 360 degree swivel base for right or left hand use. Kettle lifts easily for pouring and serving. It features a see-through water level window with markings from 16 up to 56 ounces for easy filling and measuring. Built-in cord minder allows for the power cord to wrap up neatly under the base for space saving storage. Thirty inch power cord offers flexibility to place kettle a short distance from outlet if space is a concern.
Micro Filter Spout
The microfilter dispenser spout on the Capresso H2O Pro Kettle traps any particles before they reach the cup, ensuring the best presentation and purest servings. Prevent sediment and limescale precipitate from tarnishing an otherwise delightful cup of tea. Removable for easy cleaning. Stainless steel internals resist limescale build up and provide for quick descaling. For best tea brewing, proper water is always recommended. The lid features a quick release latch for simple operation.
Extended Boil to Reduce Chlorine
The Capresso H2O Pro Brushed Stainless Steel Water Kettle features an extended boil setting from 3 to 20 seconds to essentially boil off the chlorine found in municipal/city water. By default, the Capresso H2O Pro shuts off automatically after 3 seconds of boiling. Select the special Chlorine Function (CL) on the digital screen for an additional 3 seconds, or program a new time up to 20 seconds. Settings return to normal each time you remove the kettle from the base.
Safe, Clean Stainless Steel Construction
The Capresso H2O Pro is built from a solid stainless steel body that that has been brushed to match modern kitchen appliances. The heating element is concealed behind the stainless steel body to lower the noise generating when heating. The handle, base, and lid of the Capresso H2O Pro Water Kettle is made of sturdy ABS black plastic, and is accented by brushed accents to complement the kettle.
