The 11" Ballarini Parma Pan is perfect for everyday use. It's the ideal tool for making delicious stir-fry, pasta dinners, cooking rice, pan sauces, and more. The pan's 99.9% pure aluminum construction provides optimum heat retention and distribution, making it extremely energy efficient while you cook. Heat quickly travels from the flat bottom to the high sides, allowing ingredients to remain cooking, but in a less intense heating environment. This Ballarini pan also has key features that are specific to this pan. The ultra-durable, Granitium spackled coating is scratch resistant, making it safe to use all types of utensils. The innovative Thermopoint technology tells chefs when the pan is red to indicate it's ready to cook, or green for safe-to-touch; this reduces unnecessary overheating. There are also no rivets connecting the handle to the pan, diminishing harmful bacteria from growing over time. Overall, this versatile pan is perfect for everyday use.
