The adjustable steam vent enhances versatility, making it the perfect companion for your square pans. The lid sports a stainless steel rim that fits tightly around the pan and traps moisture. It's oven safe and able to withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees F for optimum durability. Size options for the square tempered glass lid are 8" x 8" and 11" x 11".
