Coffee Syphon “HARIO Sommelier”


A new style coffee syphon that allows you to savor more of the coffee grounds aroma

The HARIO Sommelier coffee syphon is designed like a wine decanter. The intent is for coffee enthusiasts to enjoy the aroma of coffee while you are brewing it. It has a stainless-steel metal filter as well as a cloth filter set up. The upper and lower bowls as well as the alcohol burner is made of heatproof glass, and the windbreak is aluminum. The rest of the set-up is stainless steel, polypropylene and silicone rubber.
While the syphon is made to withstand hot water temperatures, it is not microwave and oven safe. The upper and lower bowls are dishwasher safe and just need to be plugged in a dishwasher for a thorough cleaning. The syphon can be used on an open fire. The syphon has a capacity of 5 cups and medium to fine dark roaster grounds are recommended for this syphon.
