About Cappuccine

Cappuccine came to life in 1991 when founder Michael Rubin was dissatisfied with the options for cold beverages in coffeehouses and created one of the first super premium powdered frappe mixes for blenders. Ingredients: Nondairy creamer [coconut oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), sugar, dipotassium phosphate, silicon dioxide, propylene glycol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides, salt, soy lecithin, carrageenan, artificial color and flavor], sugar, cookie base [enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate {vitamin B1}, riboflavin {vitamin b2}, folic acid), sugar high oleic canola oil andor soybean oil, cocoa (processed with alkali), high fructose corn syrup, baking soda, salt, soy lecithin (emulsifier), chocolate, vanillin], fructose, maltodextrin, natural and artificial flavors, cocoa (processed with alkali), xanthan gum.

Mixing Directions

Original Frappe

makes 16 fl oz (480mL) drink

In a blender, add 5 fl oz (150mL) milk, water or coffee; 2 scoops (70cc) Cappuccine mix; and 14 oz ice (420mL).  Blend until smooth.

Over Ice

makes 16 fl oz (480mL) drink

Add 1.5 scoops of Cappuccine mix into 4 fl oz (120mL) of steamed milk or hot water and stir until dissolved. Add 4 fl oz (120mL) of cold milk, stir and pour into a 16 oz (480mL) cup filled with ice.

Hot

makes 16 fl oz (480mL) drink

Add 2 scoops of Cappuccine mix into 14 fl oz (420 mL) of steamed milk or hot water. Stir until dissolved and serve.

Espresso Option

Substitute 1-2 fl oz (39-60mL) of espresso for the same amount of liquid used in any recipe.
