Ingredients: Erythritol, inulin, sunflower oil, nonfat milk, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), coffee, natural and artificial flavors, carrageenan gum, xanthan gum, guar gum, mono- and diglycerides, salt, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), dipotassium phosphate, soy lecithin, tocopherols (to protect flavor), sucralose (splenda® brand).
8 fl oz (240 mL)
Add 1/2 scoop (1.5 tbsp or 14g) of Big Train mix to 7 fl oz (210 mL) of hot water, milk or coffee. Stir to dissolve.
16 fl oz (480 mL)
Pour 5 fl oz (150 mL) of chilled coffee, milk or wataer, 1 scoop (3 tbsp or 28g) Big Train mix and 12 ozo (180g) of ice into blender. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
This product is excellent, delicious and easy to use. I use it as a low carb smoothie base, mixing per directions but adding different ingredients such as matcha, peanut butter, berries, protein powder, sugar free syrups etc to make my own creations. Love it!
I make all my drinks in a Vitamix and they come out great. If find I can improve the tastes and add some variety by adding various extracts. Huffords service is excellent.
