The d5 line promises even heating due to the unique 5 layer construction and stainless steel core. The 18/10 steel surface is anti-reactive with food so you can experience the rich flavors you crave without any flavor alteration from the cookware. All d5 pieces also feature flared edges to make drip-free pouring a breeze. The d5 line is approved for use on all cooktops, including electric, gas, and is even induction ready.
Care
- Only use low to moderate heat settings, unless boiling because overheating can cause brown or blue stains.
- Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil or butter with these products, but never aerosol because they can damage non-stick coating.
- Do not use in broiler or oven above 500 degrees.
- Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended after each use.
- Do not use chlorine bleach based cleansers, or any steel based cleansing pads.
