Order Processing and Shipping
All orders will be processed according to JL Hufford Coffee and Tea Company order processing policies, posted here.   All orders will be shipped according to shipping times and policies, posted here.  Please note that it is possible to select the signature service option, which gives the courier permission to deliver your order only if a signature is received, in Section 3 of the checkout page.  If you do not select this service in Section 3 at checkout, then you agree to give the courier the right to leave the package at your door without getting a signature, at the courier's discretion.  Neither JL Hufford Coffee and Tea Company nor the courier shall be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages which occur after the package is dropped off at the destination.  For this reason, JL Hufford Coffee and Tea Company suggests selecting the delivery option which requires a signature if you are concerned about the package being dropped off without a signature.  For more information regarding this policy, or to have a support representative show you how to select the signature service option, please phone JL Hufford Coffee and Tea Company toll-free at (877) 554-8336.

Returns and Cancellations
JL Hufford Coffee and Tea Company does offer a cancellation policy on all of its products according to the cancellation instructions posted here.  Additionally, JL Hufford Coffee and Tea Company offers a return policy on all non-edible products.  Espresso and coffee machines come with a 30 day satisfaction policy, unless otherwise specified on the product's detail page.  All returns are handled according to the return policies listed here.  JL Hufford Coffee and Tea Company is not responsible for return attempts made not in accordance with the posted policy.
