Swiss Diamond HD Roasting Pan, 12.5" x 10"

Overview

The Swiss Diamond HD Roasting Pan is a perfect choice for slow-cooking roasts to flawlessness. The pan uses the patented Swiss Diamond technology for an extremely durable and long-lasting coating. It incorporates diamond crystal composites throughout the entire pan, and it uses the natural non-stick and heat conductivity properties that high quality diamonds are known for to create an ultra-hard, ultra-strong non-stick surface. The pressure cast aluminum body features an extra thick and flat base to guarantee an even heat distribution, so you don’t have to worry about hotspots or your food burning. Because of the impressive heat conductivity, you don’t have to use high heat while cooking and this helps save you energy. Between the stay-cool handles that are non-riveted for protection against bacteria and the coating that will never crack, blister, or peel, the Swiss Diamond HD Roasting Pan is an excellent decision for an exceptional piece of cookware. Oven safe up to 500°F. Dishwasher safe yet hand wash recommended. Lifetime warranty. Made in Switzerland. Swiss Diamond 63225.
About Swiss Diamond

About Swiss Diamond

Founded in 1974, Swiss Diamond International Sarl is a private company located in the Swiss Alps. Using the demand for more efficient and improved non-stick cookware as inspiration, Swiss Diamond engineered an innovative type of non-stick coating that utilizes real diamond crystals—which is the hardest material known—and they patented the technology. In 2006, the company sought to improve their revolutionary technology and spent four years researching and testing. In 2010, Swiss Diamond released their advanced HD coating line, which features a 30% overhaul. All current products are manufactured using the new HD coating.
Swiss Diamond Induction Cookware

HD Line

The Swiss Diamond HD coating is its new and improved advanced technology that is reinforced with real diamond crystals. This coating develops a ground-breaking non-stick surface that allows you to cook without any additional oils. The HD line is easy-to-clean and maintain, and it is guaranteed to last a lifetime. PFOA-free, the Swiss Diamond HD line is best suited for any ceramic, gas, or electric heat source. The line features the patented diamond crystal-infused coating. This technology came to exist because: diamonds are extremely durable, giving the coating more resistance; diamonds function better as a heat conductor since it is four times more conductive than copper and creates a perfectly balanced heat distribution; and diamonds have natural non-stick properties.
Swiss Diamond Use and Care

Care

  • Do not use sharp utensils or abrasive cleaners, as this may damage the coating.
  • Use only low to medium-high heat settings. Never use the highest 25% of heat settings on your stove top.
  • For example, if your stove has heat settings from 1 to 10, never use a heat setting higher than 7.5.
  • Clean your pan thoroughly after each use with warm soapy water.
  • No oil is needed with a Swiss Diamond pan! If you choose to use butter or oil for flavor, use on the proper heat setting.
  • Oils heated above their smoke point will break down and deposit carbon on the cooking surface.
  • Do not store acidic or high-sugar foods in your cookware, as this may damage the coating.
