expedite your request, please try to give
our researchers the most exact URL, the
one that points to a page with the product
for which you are requesting a Plus 5
discount. Please be sure to provide an
alternate email address if you do not want
us to respond to the address from which
you send your request.
Details:
Hufford's Plus 5 Guarantee may be applied
for no more than ten total (including
non-business) days after original
purchase date. If you would like a
discount prior to purchase, simply fill
out the form before you purchase a
product.
The Plus 5
refund is given only where an applicable identical item is located on another website.
Identical products have the
same manufacturer, make, model, and
model number. The company from which the
item could have been purchased must have a
website listing the same product and its
price such that a member of JL Hufford's
Plus 5 Team
can determine the product price at the
moment the product was, or would be, purchased from JL
Hufford. Any Plus 5
refund is given only if the grand total, including
shipping and/or tax if applicable, from a
competitor's site is lower than the grand
total listed at JL Hufford for the same
product at the same time.
If applicable,
the Pus 5 Refund may take up to
seventy-two hours to be credited from the
time the original request is made by
email. If a request is made prior to
purchase, then please allow up to 72 hours
for the JL Hufford Plus 5 team to research,
validate, and reply to the request.
The Plus 5
Guarantee is not applicable if the
competitor's price is based on off-line
deals, special sales including product "blow-outs",
discontinued sales, or clearance sales.
The Plus 5 Guarantee is also not applicable
to product
prices altered by rebates, gift
certificates, add-to-cart-only pricing, "club points",
credit redemptions, promotional pricing or
other coupon-based pricing, sales by
unauthorized dealers, wholesale sites such as Overstock.com, Amazon.com, membership-only
sites such as Costco or Sam's Club, or sales offered on
auction sites. JL Hufford reserves
the right to determine which sales qualify
as above exceptions at its
