Products from certain manufacturers ship directly from their facilities. As timely delivery of these products are outside our control, they fall outside the above holiday shipping guarantees. When ordering products by Dualit, La Pavoni, Nuova Simonelli, Saeco, or the Vita-Mix 5200, allowing an additional 2-3 business days to the time estimates and shipping guidelines above should provide the same results.
