
I purchased the plentiful pantry pumpkin cheesecake bars and made this recipe this weekend for a get together my friends before Halloween. The recipe was simple and called for cream cheese, butter and hot water – no cooking required so it was my kind of recipe.
I wanted to bring something seasonal and know that pumpkins are more frequently seen in the fall and decided this was a good match. The party had pumpkin and apple pies candy corn and lots of candies some really good cheese dip and my pumpkin cheese cake bars. They were unique and delicious and I was very glad to have the chance to share them with my friends. I have not found a cheese cake that I did not like and theses bars did not change that list.
