The trees are changing, the weather is getting colder and the holiday decorations are starting to come out, fall season is here. With fall we get some of the season’s treats, candy corn, apple cider, pumpkin pie, eggnog and gingerbread. I was looking over my cupboards and found drink mixes for cider, pumpkin, and eggnog but did not find one for gingerbread. I did not know if such a thing existed so I looked online and found that Big Train offered a Gingerbread Chai tea. I ordered one and a few days later I was sitting down watching the leaves get blown off the trees in the back yard enjoying a nice hot cup of Gingerbread Chai. I could not believe that they were able to harness so well the unique flavor of this pastries mix into a powered drink. If you enjoy the taste of gingerbread this would be something that I would recommend.
