I knew the Big Train was famous for their blended ice coffee’s smoothies and hot chocolates but I never imagined that they would add a very healthy meal replacement drink!  This is why when I saw a Fit Frappe was offered by the Big Train Company I could not wait to try it. Big train's Fit Frappe has 21 grams of protein to help fill you up and keep you full well after you make this drink. With less than 1 g of sugar and only 130 calories for a 16oz drink this is a great source of fiber and vitamins. Most of the protein drinks I have tasted are chalky and although flavored usually not very flavorful!  Fit frappe taste more like a milk shake then a heath beverage.  Currently offered in 5 flavors to meet your taste preference: Vanilla latte, Chocolate, Mocha, Vanilla, and Espresso.
