It is almost that time of the year again, when we go out and buy candy for the treat-or-treaters and carve pumpkins. This pumpkin bread and muffin mix is a hit for a Halloween party coming up or even for Thanksgiving! It is also extremely easy to make - all that it calls for is a few staples that you already have in your kitchen.
You Will Need

1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
Easy Directions Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8" x 4" Loaf Pan with butter or cooking spray.
Combine eggs, oil, water, and mix in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
Spread batter in pan, filling corners and leveling top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
For muffins, portion batter into lightly greased standard muffin tins, 2/3 full. Bake at 350°F for approximately 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
