Once every two weeks, I have what I call "My night off from cooking". I typically make a nice meal making sure that I have some type of meat, vegetables, and then rice or bread. For the nights that I declare "My night off from cooking", I make one of the Plentiful Pantry soups. They are extremely easy to make and I always add in a few extras, unless I am making the
Cheddar Broccoli soup. The only thing I add is some shredded cheese before I serve it. Boy, is it delicious! The nice thing about the soup mixes is that dinner is done in 20 to 25 minutes! Plus the only thing that you really need besides the soup mix is just water! Unless you are like me and have to have it topped with cheese!
