The BIG TRAIN line of products is a really diverse set of flavors. We use them in our coffee shop to make blended drinks. These products are easy to use and require no rigorous training for my workers to memorize what ingredients go into a specific drink. I believe my workers could easily be trained as baristas, but our selection of products is too diverse to insure consistency for the customer. I use the chai mixes by themselves, whereas the blended coffees often get just-pulled espresso in them. The crème products work really well with any added fruit that the customer may desire. Having this many options while providing a consistency of flavors has been a very profitable endeavor for our little coffee shop, thank you BIG TRAIN, and JLHUFFORD.
