The people at BODUM are really doing their homework. They have a version of the COLD FRENCH PRESS. I have been using this item this summer, In lieu of my morning coffee, I will prepare the morning beverage the night before –as according to the instructions-and just add a tiny bit of sugar which will mix throughout the thick dark espresso roast I use. In the morning I mix a bit of half and half with the coffee in a large thermos. I take this with me to work and save me a ton of money going to the well-know coffee establishment each morning. I would recommend this item as a lovely wedding gift or a house warming gift.
