The Blendtec ICB 3 blenders are 13 amps and are commercial work horses for mixed drinks. These machines were used in Starbucks store's across the country. Long story short Starbucks switched the line out for the Vitamix quiet one blender because it blended 10 decibels quieter.

                                                                       

The ICB 3 comes with a sound enclosure that drastically reduces the blender noise and has 4 preset buttons with programmed Starbucks blending cycles! The number 1 and number 2 buttons are labeled for single and multiple drinks. ICB 3's are warranted for an additional 6 months after purchase and come with features that if priced as new would approach the 1000$ mark. Another really neat feature about this machine is that its original Jar is still marked with the Starbucks measurements of: Tall-12 ounce, Grande-16 ounces and Vente-20 ounces. It only comes in one color, coffee; it still functions as an exceptional commercial machine.
