From my experience I have found it to be very pleasant to work with Jura Capresso.  Aside from lag in tracking updates, their customer service department is very knowledgeable, friendly and timely with their responses.  It is always nice knowing a manufacture that certainly stands behind their product. Let’s face it, manufacturing mistakes can happen and when hold almost a product wide 2 year warranty.  They have a huge variety machines they produce stretching from Panini makers to Superautomatic coffee/espresso machines. They were leading the way with coffee and espresso brewing technology and this could be a tangible reason on why many large company gourmet stores hold their product.  Another great thing that Jura offers that currently is unparalleled with other large espresso and coffee manufactures is the predbrewed-certification.   This offers a slightly used machine that has been tested for full functionality at a fraction of the original cost. Keep in mind they do cater to the gourmet customers so the majority of their product has good quality but will not come cheap.
