During the week, it can be hard to pull together a delicious meal that will make everyone happy. I decided to try Plentiful Pantry’s White Cheddar Potato Soup, so that I can make an easy, delicious meal for a night when I am short on time. When I started to mix the ingredients together with the soup mix, I decided that I needed to add some bacon and sautéed onions, to bring in some of the ingredients that I add to my homemade potato soup. Once I had them ready, I just threw them into the pot with my simmering soup. Let me tell you, it smelled delicious and I didn’t know if I would be able to wait the extra 10 minutes for the soup to finish cooking! After I controlled myself to wait the 10 minutes, I put the soup into my bowl and added freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese on the top! Oh was it good! The nice this was, that there were plenty of leftovers, so I could take some to work with me in the morning!
What you will need:
5 – 6 cups of Water
