Pumpkin Butter
No Bake Pumpkin Pie:
· In a mixing bowl empty one 9oz jar of JL Hufford’s Pumpkin Butter, one 8oz cream cheese and one cup cool whip. Blend together until smooth and pour into a no bake Graham Cracker pie crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours then serve.
As a Dip:
· Using the same recipe as above, but omit the pie shell, and instead serve with Ginger Snaps or Animal Crackers.
As a Spread:
· Use on Waffles or Pancakes, also great with Bagles.
