Make soup according to package directions, except reduce water by one cup. Brown chicken breasts in butter or olive oil.
Place chicken in baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Pour prepared soup over all. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top.
Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Serve over noodles with broccoli spears.
Optional: Substitute 1 cup water in soup with 1 cup of sour cream; add almonds.
