Sunday Brunch Casserole
Make soup according to package directions except delete 1 cup water. Simmer 45 minutes. Stir sour cream into prepared soup. Add mushrooms. Place ham in baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Pour prepared soup over all.
Bake at 325° for about 35 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over rice. Garnish with either slivered almonds or shredded cheese.
