You swing on over to our single origins coffee page, you’ll see that we added a new way to sort our coffees. You can now refine your search by body type. Body type is a great way to get a collection of coffees that taste just the way you like.

Body is a characteristic of a coffee type that can be affected by country of origin, the type of bean and even how the coffee was roasted. The body is presented by the weight or “thickness” of that particular coffee. You can taste the body by swishing the coffee around in your mouth like you would a fine wine. Tasting coffee is very similar to tasting a fine wine.

If you like a medium roast, medium bodied coffee like a Brazilian roast, then you can find other medium bodied coffees that will suit your palate. This is a great way to expand your “favorites” list!
