Happy Shamrock Day! Happy St. Patty’s! Happy Clover Day! How many other ways are there to say it? I’m going to Chicago this year to check out the famous green river. We’ll probably make a night of it and go out to the nearest Irish Pub and down a green beer while enjoying a dish of Sheppard’s pie. Then I definitely want to watch a festive movie tonight, like Ferris Buehler’s Day Off, and sip on a few of these treasured flavors.
Shamrock Mocha: 2 Tbsp. Torani Chocolate sauce, 1 1/2 tsp. Torani Irish Cream syrup, splash Torani Creme de Menthe syrup, 1 cup milk, 2 shots espresso*
Instructions: In a small saucepan, gently heat milk and Torani syrup together, whisking until frothy. Pour steamed flavored milk into tall glass and add brewed espresso*. Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over top of beverage. If desired, dust with cocoa powder and top with chocolate sprinkles.
*If needed, 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee can be substituted for 1/4 cup espresso.
