During the week, it can be hard to pull together a delicious meal that will make everyone happy. I decided to try Plentiful Pantry’s White Cheddar Potato Soup, so that I can make an easy, delicious meal for a night when I am short on time. When I started to mix the ingredients together with the soup mix, I decided that I needed to add some bacon and sautéed onions, to bring in some of the ingredients that I add to my homemade potato soup. Once I had them ready, I just threw them into the pot with my simmering soup. Let me tell you, it smelled delicious and I didn’t know if I would be able to wait the extra 10 minutes for the soup to finish cooking! After I controlled myself to wait the 10 minutes, I put the soup into my bowl and added freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese on the top! Oh was it good! The nice this was, that there were plenty of leftovers, so I could take some to work with me in the morning! What you will need: 5 – 6 cups of Water Salt and Pepper to taste Bacon (optional)
Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (optional) Sautéed Onions (optional)

I love apple crisp, but I wasn't in the mood to make it from scratch with the cutting of the apples, seasoning them with sugar, making the topping - it was just too much work that I didn't want to put in today. I decided to try the Plentiful Pantry Apple Crisp that we sell to see how it tasted and compared to homemade apple crisp. It was extremely easy to make with only requiring two staple ingredients that you can find around every house – water and butter. Once it comes out of the oven you need to eat it with a huge scoop of ice cream. It is the perfect pair on a summer night!

Once every two weeks, I have what I call "My night off from cooking". I typically make a nice meal making sure that I have some type of meat, vegetables, and then rice or bread. For the nights that I declare "My night off from cooking", I make one of the Plentiful Pantry soups. They are extremely easy to make and I always add in a few extras, unless I am making the Cheddar Broccoli soup. The only thing I add is some shredded cheese before I serve it. Boy, is it delicious! The nice thing about the soup mixes is that dinner is done in 20 to 25 minutes! Plus the only thing that you really need besides the soup mix is just water! Unless you are like me and have to have it topped with cheese!

If you are looking to add some spice to your life with a little bit of heat, then you should try the Ole Chipotle dip mix and the Cheddar Chiptole beer bread mix! All that you need are a few kitchen staples. I have made both of them many times and I always make the beer bread for Thanksgiving and my family loves it. As for the Ole Chipotle dip mix, I always make sure I have a few in my pantry, so I will always have something to make for an unexpected guest or for a last minute get together! These soups are so easy to make. They are easier to make and better tasting then mack and cheese. Here is what you will need: 1. A pan with a lid 2. Something that will get to 212 degrees that you can boil some water on 3. 6 cups of water 4. And the soup package The cost for these soups is 6.50 and they make 4 large servings. 6.50/4 = 1.65 a person! That is way cheaper heather and better tasting then MacDonald’s! I often don’t have the time to prepare something nor do I care to and do not like opting for fast food so these soup mixes are perfect for quick great tasting meal.

I love tomato soup and when I saw this soup on our website, I just had to try it! Plentiful Pantry's Tomato Parmesan Bisque soup mix is very easy to make! All that is required is 5 cups of water! Once you whisk the water with the contents of the package together, you have to bring it to a boil and then let it simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. After it was completely cooked, I topped mine with cheese and croutons! It was so delicious and very simple to make! If you are looking for a quick and easy dinner, then you need to grab one of the Plentiful Pantry's mixes.

I purchased the plentiful pantry pumpkin cheesecake bars and made this recipe this weekend for a get together my friends before Halloween. The recipe was simple and called for cream cheese, butter and hot water – no cooking required so it was my kind of recipe. I wanted to bring something seasonal and know that pumpkins are more frequently seen in the fall and decided this was a good match. The party had pumpkin and apple pies candy corn and lots of candies some really good cheese dip and my pumpkin cheese cake bars. They were unique and delicious and I was very glad to have the chance to share them with my friends. I have not found a cheese cake that I did not like and theses bars did not change that list.
