The BODUM copper clad 10’’ Braiser is the most versatile pan I have ever used. The item with was purchase through JLHUFFORD’s website is also very beautiful.  Recently they began discounting these pans and I thought I would like to buy up whatever they were offering.  My hope was to get a “set” of them as the “set” available wasn’t an option. I was able to get this lovely pan in time for a dinner party. Since I made a simple chicken dish in it I thought no one would be impressed. I had made this dish before (exactly the same). Fresh herbs, butter, layer of cheese.  Several people who had tried my dish insisted that this one was different and tasted much better. I imagine that the BRASIER made a difference because this was the same recipe. I have to admit that the food is much more fun to prepare.  They say presentation makes a difference!

I work in a climate controlled office. The lab is typically kept very cold, as the equipment we use in the genetic testing generates an enormous amount of heat. Also we have chemicals the could potentially harm my lab assistants if they were to ingest them. This summer I have turned into what you could call a bookworm.
