Blended Drink:  16 oz.

Pour 6 oz. water into blender. Add 2 scoops or 1/2cup of Big Train Fit Frappe mix and 1 1/2 cups of ice into blender. Blend thoroughly until smooth.

Iced Drink:  8 oz.

Add 7 oz. water into a shaker. Add 1 scoop or 1/4 cup of Big Train Fit Frappe mix into shaker. Shake for 30-60 seconds. Pour over a cup filled with ice. 

Hot Drink:  8 oz.

Add 1 scoop or 1/4 cup of Big Train Fit Frappe mix to 7 oz. hot water. Stir to dissolve.

I have never heard of making a sandwich in a toaster, but I have learned that it can be possible! If you have a Dualit Classic or Lite toaster, you can purchase the Dualit Sandwich Cage to accompany your toaster so you can create melted and toasted sandwiches. All that you have to do is to place your sandwich in the cage and place it in the toaster and pop it down. It does have a built-in drip tray that prevents any cheese or juice from ending up in the bottom of your toaster. Now you do not have to toast your bread at the beginning of the sandwich making process.
