Swiss Diamond HD Induction 11" Square Grill Pan

Overview

For searing and creating grill marks from within the comfort of your home, the Swiss Diamond HD Induction 11 Inch Square Grill is an ideal choice for a piece of cookware that will last a lifetime. The HD coating uses the Swiss Diamond patented technology to create an extremely durable and ultra-hard non-stick surface that has excellent heat distribution. It uses diamond crystal composites that will never peel, crack, or blister with use. The body and sides feature pressure cast aluminum that won’t warp, and because of the amazing heat conductivity, you don’t have to cook with heat high. This saves on energy, and the natural non-stick property is a healthier choice as you don’t have to use extra oil or fats. Between the balanced heat distribution that won’t cause hot spots or burning and the ergonomic stay-cool handle, the Swiss Diamond HD Induction 11 Inch Square Grill will become a kitchen favorite. This line is safe for induction heating sources. Oven safe up to 500°F. Dishwasher safe yet hand wash recommended. Lifetime warranty. Made in Switzerland. Swiss Diamond 63281i.
About Swiss Diamond

About Swiss Diamond

Founded in 1974, Swiss Diamond International Sarl is a private company located in the Swiss Alps. Using the demand for more efficient and improved non-stick cookware as inspiration, Swiss Diamond engineered an innovative type of non-stick coating that utilizes real diamond crystals—which is the hardest material known—and they patented the technology. In 2006, the company sought to improve their revolutionary technology and spent four years researching and testing. In 2010, Swiss Diamond released their advanced HD coating line, which features a 30% overhaul. All current products are manufactured using the new HD coating.
Swiss Diamond Induction Cookware

HD Induction Line

If you own an induction heat source, be sure to choose the HD Induction line. This line uses the same world-famous, patented Swiss Diamond technology as the standard line with minor improvements for induction. It has magnetic properties that are designed for remarkable efficacy on induction cooking surfaces. The advanced technology assures that your cookware is energy efficient and quiet. That “buzzing” sound that some aluminum-based cookware makes on induction cook tops is non-existent. The line features the patented diamond crystal-infused coating. This technology came to exist because: diamonds are extremely durable, giving the coating more resistance; diamonds function better as a heat conductor since it is four times more conductive than copper and creates a perfectly balanced heat distribution; and diamonds have natural non-stick properties.
Swiss Diamond Use and Care

Care

  • Do not use sharp utensils or abrasive cleaners, as this may damage the coating.
  • Use only low to medium-high heat settings. Never use the highest 25% of heat settings on your stove top.
  • For example, if your stove has heat settings from 1 to 10, never use a heat setting higher than 7.5.
  • Clean your pan thoroughly after each use with warm soapy water.
  • No oil is needed with a Swiss Diamond pan! If you choose to use butter or oil for flavor, use on the proper heat setting.
  • Oils heated above their smoke point will break down and deposit carbon on the cooking surface.
  • Do not store acidic or high-sugar foods in your cookware, as this may damage the coating.
