Shun Classic 10" Hollow Ground Edge Slicer


Cut delicate and razor-thin pieces of meat with the Shun Classic 10 Inch Hollow Ground Ham Slicer. Barely any effort is required with the 16° angled edge which pretty much falls through its prey. That edge coupled with the long and slender blade require only one or two push/pulls to plate a perfect slice of meat. No food should stick to the blade with the hollow ground cavities lining the blade from bolster to tip. The blade is not confined to only slicing ham, as it works exceptionally well on salmon, larges roasts, turkey, and more. Give it a whirl on large fruit and vegetables as well. Unlike the other Shun Classic knives which are constructed with 32 layers clad on another steel core, this Classic Ham Slicing Knife is built with Japanese AUS8A Stainless Steel for flexibility and toughness.
