Wow, got this as a Christmas gift and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Making the drinks is half the fun with this model. As a novice, I had to mark the inside of my cups so I know when to cut the flow but otherwise this machine offers commercial quality for home baristas! Service at JLH seems to be prompt, also. Must have accessories for me include the knock box and cleaning brush. A stainless steel tamper would be nice, too, if it was available.

This is more to do with how my order was handled by Kelly, Josh and others, it was superb!! These guys and others at JL Hufford were fantastic, handled the order and promptly made changes so that additional items made it out on a very fast shipment, what a great and pleasant group of people and transaction!!!

I'm thoroughly impressed with the Rancilio Silvia V3. The build quality is top notch. Most machines I previewed were pretty but all plastic. Not the case here. It is a heavy little machine made of lots of steel on the exterior, and lots of brass and copper interior parts to keep your water nice and hot. Once you get the Silvia up to temp there's no stopping it. Very commercial feel. JL Hufford service was top notch! I will certainly buy here again. I also got the Rocky Doserless and it works great. Now I'm constantly high on caffeine!

Excellent coffee maker and grinder. Taste rivals machines that cost $1000 dollars more. Build quality is the best in class. JLHufford service is awesome - would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in buying online!
